Brewing Methods 冲泡方式


Easy 简易

Hot Brew: Put 2-3 grams of tea leaves into a cup, add 200-400 ml of water , in 80-100 degrees and let it sit for 3-5 minutes and ready to enjoy.

热泡:杯中放入茶叶2-3克,加入80-100度水,200-400毫升水,放至3-5分钟即可享用。

 

Cold brew: Put 2-3 grams of tea leaves into a cup,add 200-500 ml of water , at room temperature and let it sit for 30-120 minutes and ready to enjoy.

冷泡:杯中放入茶叶2-3克,加入常温水,200-500毫升水,放至30-120分钟即可享用。

Tradition 传统

Warm up 热身

Heat the tea set for making tea by filling it with 100 degree boiling water and pouring out the water

把泡茶的茶具用100度沸水注入水加热,把水倒出

 

Throw 投

Put in 5-8 grams of tea leaves, the number of grams according to different types of tea, or personal preference

投入5-8克茶叶, 投入克数,按照不同茶的种类,或个人喜好

 

Shake 摇

Cover the lid and shake it up and down or rotate it to give out the tea aroma and enjoy the olfactory experience brought by the tea fragrance

盖上盖子上下或旋转摇晃,使其散发出茶叶香气,享受茶香带来的嗅觉体验

 

Pour 注

Fill the tea set with water and close the lid

向茶具中注水,盖上

 

Ready 好

Wait for about 3 seconds for the soup to come out

等待3秒钟左右,出汤
